A Literature Review of the Feasibility of Enacting Curriculum Leadership in Chinese Schools

With the implementation of New Curriculum Reform in China, both schools and teachers are empowered with more right autonomy making instructional decisions. However, previous literature related to teachers’ curriculum leadership (CL) remains sparse. The purpose this paper is explore feasibility investigating how enacted from perspectives teacher leaders. It employed review Chinese studies engagement CL found necessity examining issues enacting leadership, which focuses on as leader under scenario.
